Q: How does payment work?
A: Within 48 hours of placing your order, your move coordinator will verify the details of your move and an invoice for the order total will be sent to the email address provided on the order. This invoice will be payable by Debit/Credit Card, Apple Pay, and Cash App.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes. We carry both Liability Insurance and offer Basic Damage Protection
Q: Do you bring a truck?

A: Our primary function of business is moving labor services only. This involves loading and unloading furniture and boxes from a moving truck, pod, trailer, or storage unit provided by you, the client. However, we have crew leaders and dedicated staff if you are unable to provide and operate your own moving truck and/or need preparation services for a local move. Give us a call or text so that we can help set up a full-service move for you. 
Q: How do I determine how many moving assistants and hours I will need?
A: Moving jobs can vary by many factors. Mainly, the distance your assistants carry your items and how many levels and turns they will need to go. Additionally, more time is always needed on moving day when items need prepared, wrapped, or furniture requires disassembly/reassembly.
