Q: How does payment work?
A: Within 48 hours of placing your order, your move coordinator will verify the details of your move and an invoice for the order total will be sent to the email address provided on the order. This invoice will be payable by Debit Card, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer. 
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes. We carry both Liability Insurance and Worker's Compensation Insurance.
Q: Do you bring a truck?
A: Our main function of business is moving labor services only. This involves loading and unloading furniture and boxes from a moving truck, pod, trailer, or storage unit provided by you, the customer. However, we have a moving coordinator in each service area that is capable of providing and driving a moving truck for an extra rental and driving fee. If you are unable to provide and driving your own moving truck for a local move, give us a call so that we can set up a full-service move for you.
